Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Limited Edition is up for pre-order on Steam for $49.99.

The limited edition version includes several gameplay perks that will not be available at a later date, including improved vehicle armor and a tracer dart pistol which allows you to tag vehicles so you can blow them up with rockets from increased distances.
